License Grant

BallisKit grants non-exclusive, non-transferable, annual license to use the purchased software for legitimate professional security testing purposes. Licenses are per-user and non-transferable without prior written consent.

Use against systems without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate license termination.

All BallisKit software, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of BALLISKIT SAS. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any BallisKit product without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BALLISKIT SAS shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. The software is provided for professional use by qualified security practitioners. The user bears full responsibility for ensuring proper authorization before any use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, France.
